Updated COVID Protocols Healths by SPUYSC - October 7, 2021July 23, 2023 COVID-UPDATEDownload Dear Rumrill Parents, Players, and Visitors, Effective September 16, 2021, Contra Costa County and the City of San Pablo issued new COVID-19 Rules for all participants using City property including San Pablo Rumrill Soccer Complex. All 12 and older participants will now be required to provide proof of vaccination and to wear a mask at all times, including parents, spectators, players, and referees on the field. There will be no exception until further notice. We are updating our registration process to include additional parent information about the risk of COVID-19.
