May 2018 Player of the Month - Juliana Siderakis Herrera

SPUYSC selects Juliana Siderakis Herrera as our May 2018 Player of the Month.  Juliana is 13 years old and was born at Berkeley Alta Bates.   She is in 8th grade at Making Waves Academy in Richmond.

Juliana began to play soccer when she was 4 years old.  She began playing for Richmond and at about 7 years old, she began to play for San Pablo.  She currently plays for the U-14 San Pablo Cudas and Coach Arnold Guzman is her coach.  Juliana has played in several tournaments and championship games with her team.

Juliana states that her favorite soccer memories include scoring goals for her team.  Juliana is a very devoted soccer player and key asset to her team.  In addition, she plays on her school soccer team, the Making Waves Academy Marlins.

Juliana would like to attend either UCLA or UC Berkeley upon high school graduation.  In the future, she would like to become a doctor or a nurse.

Juliana states that she plans to play soccer until she “is out of energy” when she is older.  She states, “this is how much I love soccer”.

For her devotion to soccer and her commitment to her team, SPUYSC is proud to name Juliana Siderakis Herrera as our May 2018 Player of the Month.
